Peter started his working life in the military, serving with the Royal Air Force for a number of years. He then decided to pursue a career in the legal profession and after qualifying as a solicitor, practised law for over two decades in London and Asia, with particular focus on the real estate and construction industries.
Peter’s passion, however, has always been property, and regardless of where his career has taken him, he has involved himself in real estate whether in a personal or professional capacity. On moving to the Gold Coast, Peter obtained his real estate licence and started selling residential property with a large international real estate agency where he quickly joined their small group of “Top 10 Performers”.
Being committed to excellence and with the benefit of his legal background, Peter has very strong negotiating skills which ensure he is able to build good relationships not only with his vendor clients but also with buyers. He firmly believes having strong buyer relationships is an essential element in ensuring his vendors achieve positive sale results.
